What Our Warranty Covers

Every item carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Covered

• Stitching that fails under normal use
• Delamination of soles or grips
• Frames that crack without impact
• Zips, buckles and fastenings that break

Not covered

• Wear. Outsoles, grips and strings are consumable.
• Impact damage. A frame struck against a wall or a court surface.
• Incorrect care — see Caring for your kit.

Making a claim

Email warranty@protelicious.example with your order number and photographs showing the fault and the whole item. Most claims are assessed within two working days.
